We have been here since 1974. (34 years)
What is your primary product or service?
We teach the art of woodcarving, clay sculpture, drawing and watercolor painting.
We sell woodcarving tools and books, sculpture products and tools and clay.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started my carving career here, taught by the original owner, Michael DeNike. I have studied all over the US & Canada. I now have a passion for teaching woodcarving.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe we are the only woodcarving school in the area. We not only offer many classes, we also promote comrodory.
There are some students here for over 30 years. It's a place to socialize as well as learning the art.
